Frequently asked questions

Do paper trades buy real cryptocurrency?

No. Paper cash, order fills, positions, and P&L are simulations using market references. No wallet connection or real token purchase is required to practice.

How do tournaments work?

When registration is open, a round gives each entrant a separate $100 simulated balance for the duration shown on the tournament page. The live leaderboard and clock are based on tournament data. Your normal practice account is not reset. Read the full rules.

How is a winner selected?

The app ranks final paper equity using valid in-round market references. A winner must have traded; an all-$100 finish has no winner. Ties are ordered by fewer trades, then account ID. A round can require review when a needed price is unavailable.

Is a prize guaranteed?

No. The planned tournament prize is 2% of eligible SimGames coin fees received in SOL for the duration of each round. Tournament prize will be sent to the winner's submitted Solana wallet. If no eligible fees are received, that round's prize is 0. If no eligible funding exists, the round awards no SOL prize. A first-place result or saved wallet does not confirm payment.

How can I verify token information?

Use only verified SimGames channels for coin details. Be cautious of lookalike tokens and links; never share a recovery phrase or private key.
